Caribou Coffee, the premium coffee shop known for its signature handcrafted beverages, is partnering with Milk Bar, the celebrated dessert company founded by two-time James Beard Award-winning chef Christina Tosi, to bring a selection of Milk Bar’s signature treats to Caribou coffee shops nationwide.
By partnering with Milk Bar, a leader in the snacking industry, Caribou restaurants will further focus on innovative menu enhancements and brand partnerships to deliver differentiated offerings and elevate the customer experience. New additions to the Milk Bar menu include:
Confetti Cookies, a blend of all the familiar boxed birthday cake flavors, dreamy vanilla, rich buttery flavor, and rainbow sprinkles, all blended into fluffy, chewy sugar cookie heaven.
Corn Flake Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies, a crunchy and chewy twist on the classic chocolate chip cookie, are filled with caramel corn flakes and gooey marshmallows, wrapped in a rich vanilla flavor.
Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Super Crunch Cookies, bursting with rich caramel butter flavor and full of the crunch of crispy rice cereal, are perfect for any time of day. (Available at select Caribou locations)
“Both Caribou Coffee and Milk Bar are brands rooted in creativity, connection, and a commitment to creating moments worth savoring,” said Erin Newkirk, Chief Brand and Marketing Officer, Caribou Coffee.
“As we continue to thoughtfully expand our national presence, collaborating with Milk Bar is a natural fit—not only because of their iconic, joyful treats, but also because of the values our two brands share.
We are honored to be the first coffee shop to incorporate Milk Bar products into our permanent menu, making it easier than ever for customers to enjoy their favorite Milk Bar treats at a Caribou coffee shop near them.”
The brands kicked off the collaboration last weekend with an experiential “BOUdega” pop-up in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The pop-up brought the vibe of a New York City grocery store to the Minnesota-based coffee company’s roots.
The event included custom merchandise printing stations, a choose-your-own floral bar, a tasting menu of Milk Bar cookies and Caribou summer beverages, and a meet-and-greet with Milk Bar founder Christina Tosi.
“We founded Milk Bar with the belief that desserts can spark joy and connect,” said Tosi. “Partnering with Caribou Coffee allows us to take that mission to the next level, turning everyday moments into moments of celebration and making it easier than ever for longtime fans and new customers to enjoy our delicious treats.”
