Seven years later, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is bringing back the brand’s popular Campfire Meals, allowing guests to enjoy a cherished taste of summer for a limited time.
Cracker Barrel’s Campfire Meals deliver the distinctive smoky flavor of a meal (or dessert) cooked over a campfire. Each meal is simmered in signature campfire seasoning, wrapped in foil, and slow-cooked. Serve with buttermilk biscuits and cornbread muffins. The product line includes:
Campfire Shrimp Skillet – Grilled shrimp and andouille sausage cooked in a butter broth with campfire-seasoned corn and potatoes served in a cast iron skillet
Campfire Chicken – Delicious marinated half chicken seasoned with campfire spices, slow-cooked in a butter broth with sweet corn on the cob, red-skinned potatoes, carrots, grape tomatoes and onions
Campfire Beef – Tender beef slow-cooked with classic campfire vegetables and spices, sealed in foil for a hearty, flavorful taste
Two new dessert skillets added to Bonfire Night:
S’mores Brownie Skillet – Features a rich chocolate brownie topped with toasted marshmallows and melted HERSHEY’S milk chocolate bar, all on a bed of hot crushed graham crackers, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate sauce
Cinnamon Roll Skillet – features freshly baked, warm mini cinnamon rolls filled with a gooey cinnamon filling and topped with sweet cream cheese frosting
“For years, our customers have been asking us to bring back the Campfire Meal – and we heard them,” said Sarah Moore, Cracker Barrel’s Chief Marketing Officer. “But this menu is about so much more than great memories and delicious food.
Starting at just $10.99, our Campfire Meals are packed with flavors that instantly evoke memories of long summer days, endless possibilities, and the unparalleled joy of knowing anything is possible. We can’t wait for our loyal fans who remember these dishes to gather at Cracker Barrel along with a new wave of enthusiasts ready to savor the unique flavors of our Campfire Meals all summer long.”
