Why is it so popular? We are the first Mochi Donut Cafe in Central Pennsylvania, bringing a whole new dimension to the foodie world. Mochi Donuts are like a cross between Japanese rice flour and a classic American donut! With a chewy mochi texture wrapped in a fun donut shape, it’s a unique, sweet fusion of two worlds that’s hard to resist. Originating in Taiwan, mochi donuts have become popular in California and the West Coast, where they’re usually only found in larger cities.
Our Hawaiian Poke Bowls are popular because they’re healthy, delicious, and a fusion of Hawaiian and Japanese culture. We always stick to fresh ingredients, offer a personal touch, and have a rich flavor that can be customized to your personal preferences without losing the authentic Hawaiian and Japanese flavors. We offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.
How are they made? We make our mochi donuts fresh in-house daily, mixing the dough with premium ingredients, using our unique mochi donut press, frying with soy shortening, and crafting delicious frostings and toppings. We combine classic donut flavors with Asian flavors like matcha, pandan leaves, and purple sweet potatoes to create creative dessert combinations.
