Independence Day is just around the corner, and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is celebrating with a new collection of donuts.
The new Fourth of July collection is packaged in a limited edition Stars and Stripes gift box and includes:
Liberty Donut – an original frosted donut decorated with frosting stripes and sprinkles to resemble a flag.
Patriotic Sprinkles Donut – an original frosted donut drizzled with white frosting and topped with patriotic sprinkles.
Strawberry Cream Donut – a donut filled with strawberry cream, drizzled with red frosting, sprinkled with gold stars, and topped with a dollop of cream and shortbread crumbs.
Patriotic Eagle Donut – a donut filled with cookies cream, drizzled with blue frosting, decorated with red and white stripes, and topped with a Patriotic Eagle candy.
In addition, Krispy Kreme will also release 20 red, white and blue Fourth of July mini flag donuts packaged in a special Stars and Stripes gift box.
Between June 28 and July 4, customers can get a free dozen Original Frosted Donuts with any dozen Original Frosted Donuts at participating stores.

We’re making these gatherings the sweetest parties of the summer with patriotic donuts and exciting deals,” said Dave Skena, chief marketing officer of Krispy Kreme.
