FGF Brands has announced a nationwide recall of 60 Dunkin’ doughnut products due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that can be fatal to susceptible individuals. The recall began on January 7 and was designated a Class II recall by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Wednesday.
The affected products are sold in the U.S. and Canada and include 15 Dunkin’ products such as Munchkins, apple pie, French fritters, paczki pastries, cake rings and cinnamon sticks. The recall affects all products produced on or before December 13, 2024, involving 2,017,614 boxes of doughnuts and pastries sold in grocery stores.
