Lincoln Park welcomes a new culinary gem with the inauguration of Roggenart Bakery Bistro and Café at 565 W. Diversey Parkway. Marking its debut in the Midwest, Roggenart promises to tantalize taste buds with its authentic European fare.
Offering a diverse menu spanning breakfast and lunch, Roggenart showcases quintessential European delights such as bacon, egg, and cheese nestled in a flaky croissant, alongside oven-baked melts and cast iron pressed sandwiches. Patrons can also indulge in an assortment of both savory and sweet pastries and baked goods.
Owner and managing partner of Roggenart, Brody Tennant, expressed enthusiasm about the venture, stating, “We are excited to bring our flaky baked goods to Chicagoland. We pride ourselves on creating innovative and delicious baked goods rooted in the European baking tradition.”
The menu’s focal point lies in its European-inspired flavors, featuring freshly baked, traditional Danishes brimming with sweet cheese, signature omelets, and the recent addition of vegan croissants and Danishes, as well as vegan breakfast and lunch sandwiches.
