Lee’s Donuts, a beloved purveyor of sweet treats, is expanding its reach with the opening of a new location in Steveston Village, Richmond.
Set to grace Bayview between Easthope and Ewen, the forthcoming outpost is slated to welcome customers sometime this summer, as indicated by the window coverings.
Established in 1979 by Alan and Betty-Ann Lee, Lee’s Donuts gained popularity for its classic, soft doughnuts, notably its renowned Honey Dip flavor, crafted from quality, uncomplicated ingredients. The ethos of simplicity and excellence has been integral to the Lee’s brand.
Following Alan Lee’s passing in 2014, Betty-Ann Lee continued to manage the operations until she passed the torch to Celine and Allan Bacani in 2018.
Under new ownership, Lee’s Donuts has embarked on a journey of expansion, with existing locations in Gastown, Bentall Centre downtown, and Willowbrook Mall in Langley, along with a commissary in Marpole.
