Jimmy John’s is adding a sunny touch to its menu with the launch of the Lemon Sunshine Cookie. The limited-time special cookie is bursting with a bright lemon flavor and studded with creamy white chocolate chips and is now available nationwide.
This is the first new cookie flavor to be introduced by Jimmy John’s in 2025.
“Summer is all about enjoying fresh flavors and having fun, and our Lemon Sunshine Cookie is just about both,” said Kate Carpenter, Jimmy John’s vice president of marketing.
“It’s bold, bright, and perfectly captures the sunny spirit of the season. We’re excited to bring our customers a new flavor that’s truly summery.”
