This year, Talenti Gelato & Sorbetto has added a new baked range to its unique Layers collection. The collection features three new baked flavors: Chocolate Chip Cookie Batter, Italian Tiramisu, and Cinnamon Sugar Cookie.
To celebrate the debut, Talenti has teamed up with world-renowned pastry chef Dominique Ansel, the brand’s first chef ambassador, to create an unprecedented premium dessert experience: The Dipped Whisk.
Crafted with ingredients from the new Talenti Layers baked range, the limited edition Dipped Whisk is a handheld dessert served on a gold souvenir whisk. Chef Dominique Ansel was inspired by elements of the baked range and the nostalgic experience of licking the whisk batter while baking.
Each layer of The Dipped Whisk is reminiscent of a flavor from the bakery’s collection: Chocolate Chip Cookie Batter, Italian Tiramisu, and Cinnamon Sugar Cookies

All layers are nestled in a crispy vanilla wafer cone and dipped in a light, creamy vanilla Chantilly Butter for an elegant finish.
The Dipped Whisk will be available exclusively at Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York City, where 100 limited handcrafted Dipped Whisks will be available for free on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 8am each morning.
