Dawn Foods, a global leader in baking ingredients and innovation, is launching two new products: Dawn Exceptional® Churro Donut Mix and Dawn® Ready-to-Finish Churro Donuts, both available across the U.S. beginning Tuesday, July 1.
Dawn Churro Donuts offer a new sweet experience that combines the crunchy, chewy taste of a traditional churro with the shape and versatility of a classic donut. They are designed to meet the evolving tastes of today’s consumers, especially Gen Z and Hispanic consumers who are drawn to nostalgic desserts reimagined with fun, mouthwatering flavors.

Churro Donut Mix is freeze-thaw stable, has a long shelf life and is easy to use – just add water. Frozen, ready-to-eat Churro Donuts make it even easier, and only take minutes to heat up and be ready to your liking.
Dawn’s exclusive donut category research shows that consumers are craving variety in flavors and formats. Churros ranked 96th for future growth potential and are already recognized and loved by 83% of consumers. Retail Bakers of America predicts that fried donut sales will grow 7% by 2025.
