Dawn Foods Launches Brioche Donut Mix for Major Bakery Retailers

Dawn Foods has developed a brioche donut mix for large bakery retailers, supermarket bakeries and convenience stores.

It has a rich, buttery flavor and a creamy texture. The mix can be used to make brioche honey bun or bagel-flavored Bismarck donuts, for example.

Jackson-based Dawn Foods worked with pastry chef Mathew Rice to develop the new donut mix.
