The beloved North Carolina-based donut chain Duck Donuts, known for its warm, made-to-order donuts, has officially arrived in the Philippines. The first Philippine store, located on Angono Street in Makati City (near Makati City Hall), is the largest of the brand’s more than 160 stores in 12 countries, which is a big deal for the brand.
Duck Donuts has built a loyal following for its playful approach to making its donuts. Here, they allow customers to choose their favorite coatings and toppings to create unique flavor combinations.
Another unique feature of the brand is its use of cake-like textured donuts, which are denser and fluffier than yeast-raised donuts.
The Makati store has a warm and inviting atmosphere, where customers can watch the donuts being made fresh. Seasonal flavors and innovative combinations, such as the maple bacon frosting, have always been popular.
The Philippine franchise is owned and operated by Bravo Best Foods Corporation, one of the largest food service companies in the Philippines. Bravo Best Foods Corporation CEO Edilberto “Bert” Bravo expressed his enthusiasm for bringing Duck Donuts to the Philippine market.

We look forward to opening more locations and continuing to support Filipino families and contribute to the country’s economic growth.”
Duck Donuts Chief Development Officer Marcel Portmann thanked Bravo Foods for its commitment to the brand.
“We appreciate Bravo Best Foods’ belief in our vision. At 360 square feet, the Makati store is our largest store in the world, and we hope this is just the beginning of our expansion in the Philippines,” he said.
