This forthcoming addition marks an expansion of the beloved local coffee shop. The bakery will occupy the former location of Steel City Pops, which shuttered its doors in 2021.

While Quills Coffee has kept further details under wraps regarding Oddbird Bakery, patrons can expect a menu reminiscent of its existing cafes, featuring delectable offerings such as croissants, pain au chocolat, muffins, and an array of other freshly baked goods.
